Pontotoc County Library "Unearth a Story" Summer Reading 2026 Wednesday, May 27 at 10 and Wednesdays in June at 10 AM. Wednesday, May 27 - Dinosaur Discovery: Explore fossils, replica dinosaur bones, and unearth the past with Dr. Julie Retrum. Wednesday, June 3 -Life on the Farm: Learn about farm life and meet chickens and rabbits with MSU's Extension Agent, Laura Reed. Wednesday, June 10 - Archaeology Show and Tell: Discover cultural artifacts with a presentation from the Chickasaw Nation. Wednesday, June 17 - Tall Tales and Tiny Heroes: Join us for a fun and engaging puppet show with Ed May and the Runaway Puppet Theater. Wednesday, June 24 - Story Time with a Therapy Dog: Enjoy a story and meet a therapy dog and team member from from Lee County's "Love on a Leash".

Calling adventurers ages 12-17 for an epic quest of: Dungeons and Dragons: Hoard of the Dragon Queen. Thursdays 3:30-5:30 Pontotoc County Library Meeting Room beginning July 10. No prior experience needed all supplies will be provided.
